Founder and CEO

Dilip is the founder of Xeeva and serves as the chief executive officer. He is responsible for business strategy and talent management, and is the chief evangelist for the company’s intelligent procurement, sourcing, and e-invoicing solutions.

In an effort to improve businesses and communities, Dilip has become a subject matter expert in expanding technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, cloud, and drones. This expertise has led to Xeeva having multiple patented and patent-pending inventions.

Dilip’s hands-on approach to business management didn’t just start at Xeeva. He is also the co-founder and executive chairman of Netlink, pioneering their IT-based technology platform. Under his leadership, Netlink was named an Inc. 500 company multiple times and recognized as the fastest growing company and largest privately held company in Michigan by Crain's Detroit Business.

Due to his innovative mindset and leadership skills, Dilip has received numerous awards, including Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Automation Alley Emerging Leader of the Year, and has been inducted into the Automotive Hall of Fame for his professional work. He has also been featured on WDIV TV, WJR AM, and National Public Radio's Morning Edition.

Dilip serves on multiple corporate and community boards. This includes serving as the chairman of the Little Caesars Pizza Bowl (Motor City Bowl) and as a member of the board of trustees at the Detroit Music Hall. His passion for helping children achieve their potential was exhibited in 2009 when he was at the forefront of launching the Netlink Foundation for Children, which supports non-profit organizations, including UNICEF Child Rights and VIP Mentoring.

Dilip received his BE in mechanical engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology and his MSE in engineering from the University of Michigan. He also attended S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research.

Bassem Mansour



Since 1994, Bassem has been involved in principal investing, leveraged buyouts, chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings, and other mergers and acquisitions. In 2001, he co-founded Resilience Capital Partners. He is involved in all aspects of the firm's operations, including investment decisions, portfolio company oversight, and investor relations. He also serves on the board of directors for numerous Resilience portfolio companies. Prior to founding Resilience Capital Partners, he was an investment banker with McDonald Investments.

Bassem is a member of several professional organizations and is a frequent speaker on private equity and distressed investing. In addition, he serves on the board of trustees of the Hathaway Brown School, the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland, the Western Reserve Land Conservancy, and the Visiting Committee of the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Bassem earned his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dayton.

As Xeeva’s vice president of sales, Tim is responsible for leading and expanding the sales team. His expertise includes scaling business, building teams, creating and executing go-to-market plans, and selling SaaS software.

With over 30 years of experience in expanding sales teams and intensifying revenue, Tim previously served as the vice president of sales at CEBOS, a division of QAD, where he increased their year over year growth by 30 percent. Prior to that, he grew the automotive sales team at Plex Systems that exceeded the plan every year while he was the vice president of global motor vehicle industries there. Tim and his team were largely accountable for growing Plex from $6 to $60 million in revenue. He has also held various other senior level sales positions at software and solution companies, including Servigistics, SupplySolution (now Aptean), TTI Global, and Lexis Nexis.

Tim is recognized as a thought leader throughout the manufacturing and automotive industries. He has been a speaker at industry events as well as featured in news articles, interviews, webinars, and across social media.

Tim graduated from Central Michigan University, receiving his Bachelor of Science in business administration.

Serving on the board of directors for Xeeva, Shan shares responsibility for determining strategic objectives and policies for the company.

Shan currently serves as a managing partner at CITG and Little Switzerland. While at CITG, Shan served as president of Evigna and led its acquisition, restructuring, and eventual sale in 2010. Prior to CITG, Shan worked for GTCR, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where he focused on evaluating investments in software and business services. Shan also worked at Morgan Stanley's Princes Gate Investors fund in New York, where he focused largely on venture investing in areas such as data storage and enterprise software. Earlier, Shan worked in investment banking with Morgan Stanley's Mergers, Acquisitions, and Restructuring Group in New York.

Shan received his BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. He also earned his MBA from INSEAD.

Mary Petrovich



Mary is the executive chairman of AxleTech International and also an operating executive at The Carlyle Group with responsibility for the transformation of international manufacturing and industrial businesses for portfolio companies.

Mary previously served as the chief executive officer of AxleTech International, culminating in the December 2008 sale of AxleTech to General Dynamics, where she continued to lead the business for the last two years. Through this process, she developed strategic plans to successfully transform business performance, implemented global sourcing to achieve 10% material cost reduction worldwide, and significantly increased sales. Prior to her decade with AxleTech, Mary served as the president of Dura Automotive's global driver controls unit, successfully launching major growth programs. Early in her career, she held roles of increasing responsibility with AlliedSignal. Mary also served in a variety of engineering, manufacturing, and finance roles with Chrysler and General Motors.

Mary received her MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated as an Evans Scholar with a BSE in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan.

With a well-rounded background in the procurement, supply chain management, materials management, and MRO industries, Steve is Xeeva’s chief strategy officer. Recognized as an expert in his field, he brings a great deal of real world knowledge to this position. He is responsible for Xeeva’s business strategy, customer value reporting, embedded intelligence productization for the Visibility Results solution, business solutioning, and strategic business partnerships.

Prior to Xeeva, Steve has held many leadership positions, contributing unique innovation and experience to each. Some of his prior positions include being the managing director of Dragon Sourcing, CSO at Netlink, CEO at Fastnet RC, COO at SDE MRO Express, and vice president of EDS/AT Kearney. He was also previously a partner of Booz-Allen Hamilton, where he helped launch their global sourcing practice.

Steve has over 30 years of industry, consulting, and operational experience with international clients in a variety of spaces, including automotive, aerospace, electronics, consumer goods, health care products, utilities, and retail. He is also internationally acknowledged for his expertise in supplier relationship management, sourcing, partnership strategies, and alliances.

Steve holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a master’s in operations research from University of Pittsburgh, as well as a bachelor’s in industrial engineering and operations research from Virginia Tech.

Greg Owens



Greg is the chairman and CEO of IronPlanet. He is responsible for IronPlanet's development, refinement, and execution of the company's overall business strategy and tactics. Greg applies his many years of experience and proven results in revenue growth and supply chain business management.

Prior to joining IronPlanet, Greg served as the managing director at Red Zone Capital, a Washington, D.C. private equity firm focused on strong revenue growth opportunities. He was also a chairman and CEO at Manugistics Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:MANU), where he doubled the annual revenue to $300 million for the supply chain management software company. Earlier, he served as the global managing partner for supply chain management at Accenture (NYSE:ACN), where he was a founding member of the company's supply chain group. Greg also serves, or has served, on several outside boards, including 3VR, Guardian Analytics, S1 Corporation, Secure Works, and Serena Software.

Greg holds a BS in industrial management from Georgia Institute of Technology and serves on the President's Advisory Board as well as the College of Management Board.

Anurag is a co-founder of Xeeva as well as the global president and CEO of Netlink. At Netlink he holds the responsibility of formulating, communicating, and implementing the company’s vision and mission along with leading the development of its business strategy.

Anurag has over 18 years of experience in the information technology industry, including building and leading globally distributed technology teams in the U.S., Australia, Europe, and Asia. He has a very strong background in the delivery of services and solutions to Fortune 100 customers, organizational development, and global implementations of business process, software, and hardware technologies and processes. Prior to starting Netlink, Anurag worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies, including Rubbermaid, Mellon Bank, RPS (FedEx), Blue Cross Blue Shield as a senior program manager, and as a senior consultant with Cap Gemini USA.

Anurag received a BS in mechanical engineering and master’s in industrial engineering with a major in computer interface from Clemson University.
