Role Summary:

This role enables you to deal with integration issues, fallout reporting, and updating master data as required. In this role, you will be resolving, completing analyses, or communicating with the customer in regards to integration errors. Customer experience is the key aspect of this role, as data integrations impact the user experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Completing analysis and troubleshooting
  • Resolve all true inquiries with same-day resolution
  • Customer adoption, satisfaction, and phenomenal end-user experience delivered through:
    • Supporting professional services (launch and training team) where required to ensure customer satisfaction and results delivery (savings, experience, satisfaction, reference ability)
  • Quality of service, monitoring overall SAT score and tickets status/SLA for their assigned customer
  • Debugging and analyzing the issues to depth
  • Understanding each client integration connections and frequency, including data elements included
  • Working in night shifts to cover U.S. and Mexico clients

Qualifications:

  • E/B.Tech, BCA, MCA or any other degree/diploma
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • 1+ years of handling client communication
  • Strategic and innovative thinker who can develop and implement strategies to work through and with the client’s culture and organization to drive results
  • A fairly analytical and “technically” oriented individual, who also possesses a strong social orientation and views a collaborative effort as being important when discussing solutions and making decisions
  • Strong team player with the innate ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
  • Effective and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented and data-driven
  • A very strong sense of urgency in work activities – quick to initiate and respond, does not like issues or problems to linger, and will handle them with immediacy
