We’re growing fast and we’re searching for an amazing enterprise account executive to grow with us. We want someone who’s positive, passionate, and ready to disrupt the status quo. Is that you?

The right candidate will:

  • Prospect named accounts, build pipeline, and close business to exceed annual sales targets
  • Develop a business case for key enterprise target accounts to validate need and urgency
  • Be a business value and consultative seller who is capable of using challenger sales techniques, while effectively managing a full sales cycle
  • Emerge as a thought leader and Xeeva brand advocate
  • Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to position Xeeva’s value proposition
  • Collaborate closely with solution engineering, partners, and other internal teams to align on client business case objectives, sales commitments, and investments
  • Utilize a solution approach to selling that creates long-term customer credibility and trust
  • Leverage Xeeva AI and value proposition to develop and deliver highly differentiated proposals
  • Prioritize opportunities, apply appropriate resources, and use Xeeva sales best practices
  • Use Salesforce.com for lead management and accurate sales forecasting

  • A proven track record of at least 10+ years in software sales (SaaS preferred)
  • Smart people with exceptional accomplishments, talents, and goals – a 4 year degree is a plus
  • A true “hunter” mindset that’s paired with a desire to continuously learn and pass along best practices to colleagues and customers
  • Sincere empathy towards customers and teammates
  • Strong executive presence with CEOs, CPOs, and CFOs and the ability to engage at all levels
  • Expertise in managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large deals
  • Source-to-pay, spend management, or accounts payable domain experience is a plus
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus
  • Self-starters who quickly jump into action and stay calm in the midst of chaos
  • Forward-thinking reps with a love of modern technology
  • Obvious passion, positive mindset, and exceptional people skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with minimal direction
  • Hustle and persistence
