What we want to see:

The customer success manager will have end-to-end accountability for customer success and growth based on Xeeva’s standard product portfolio through the entire customer lifecycle of one or more client accounts.

The candidate must possess both a strong understanding of how customers operate within the indirect materials and services space and a deep understanding of how Xeeva’s products can be leveraged to solve business problems and gain efficiencies within the indirect purchasing and operations process. They must possess strong organizational and communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with customers/partners, business analysts, project managers, and product management team members.

What we want you to do:

  • Provide oversight for the entire program end to end, including tactical day-to-day operations
  • Understands the contract(s) and deliverables
  • Owns the account strategy and plan and reviews this with other teams
  • Single point of customer contact for all program initiatives and overall relationship and customer value
  • Responsible for overall account P&L
  • Manages “pulse” of customer stakeholder(s)
  • Measure customer value and satisfaction
  • Identifies gaps between program and stakeholders
  • Engages and coordinates necessary Xeeva team members to drive results and close any gaps
  • Identifies organic growth and other sales opportunities
  • Responsible for education and adoption of program
  • Manages and drives renewals
  • Responsible for overall customer satisfaction
  • Review product roadmap with customer
  • Present, and if necessary build, daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Lead operational review meetings with customer
  • Act as escalation point/SPOC for system concerns and support requests
  • Provide tactical assistance to PMO during launches or other tactical projects
  • Identify training, system, and/or sales opportunities
  • SPOC for all of the key customer admins or direct reports of stakeholder

Things we love:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective negotiator
  • 7-10 years experience within the indirect supply chain space
  • 7-10 years experience in sales, account management, or program management
  • Proven ability to develop and lead complex account strategies, results-oriented, and data-driven
  • Demonstrated ability to work with executive management in selling through organizational capabilities and plans
  • Proven ability to lead high-performance teams with the innate ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
  • Knowledge of Xeeva products a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems (QAD, SAP, JDE, JBA, etc.) a plus
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Access
  • Ability to travel as needed
